Yes! If you email us with your description and/or a picture, 99% of the time, we can identify your (Corelle, Corning, Pyrex or Pfaltzgraff) pattern for you.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes! We will combine shipping on multiple purchases, as long as it is safe for us to do so and won't jeopardize the safety of any fragile items.

If you ordered & purchased your items online, you will be sent an e-mail when your items ship. If you have any questions about your order, please call us at (321) 422-5028.

How long does shipping take?
Online orders can be entered 7 days a week and 24 hours per day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday except for holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in delivery times. We strive to ship all in stock orders within 48 business hours, excluding holidays and scheduled business closings. UPS pick ups are Monday-Friday, 6:00 p.m. Please contact customer service should you have any questions.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order please call our customer service department at (321) 422-5028. NOTE: We usually cannot cancel web orders since they go directly to shipping.

When should I expect to receive status updates via e-mail?
You should receive an order confirmation in the form of e-mail immediately after your order is processed and placed in our order system. If your package is being shipped via UPS, you will receive another email containing your UPS tracking number. If you pay with Paypal or Google, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your item ships USPS.

All shipments to continental U.S. customers will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. View delivery times for UPS ground. USPS is available for P.O. Box, as well as shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS First Class Mail International. We will contact you with shipping cost information BEFORE we process your order, to ensure the correct shipping amount has been paid. Delivery may take, on average, one day to one week once the order has left our facility. Str8 2 U From Me Dishes & More is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, tariffs or charges that may incurr. Shipping times may vary when shipping to remote locations. The times given above reflect the time it takes the shipping agency to deliver the package and do not account for processing time. How do I return an Item?
Str8 2 U From Me Dishes & More only provides a refund for shipping costs if the return is a direct result of company error. NEW ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED AND UNUSED TO QUALIFY FOR REFUND (Note: Tapes and CD's must be returned unopened to be considered 'new'.) Return Process A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return of the item. Failure to provide this copy will result in an unprocessed return. How can I pay for my order?

Your order will not ship until payment is received and processed, which could take an additional 7-10 business days. 2) Pay Online: Use your credit card or use Google Checkout or Paypal. NOTE: If you pay online using your credit card please be sure that the name you've entered on the billing information for your credit card is the same as it appears on the credit card. Also, please be sure to put the billing address as the address where the credit card statements are sent. If the addresses do not match then it may delay your order.
