Terms And Conditions
All merchandise is subject to availability. As such, we encourage you to order from one of our sites. If you choose to order by US Mail, we cannot guarantee which items may still be available when we receive your order. If some or all of the items of your order have been sold prior to receipt of your payment or are otherwise unavailable for sale, we will promptly issue you a full refund for those pieces that are not available. If you will not accept the partial shipment, please state so on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot hold payments pending future availability of pieces not in stock. A $35 processing fee will be charged for returned checks. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned pieces. If a stock discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any piece(s) we cannot fulfill, with your approval for any substitute. Str8 2 U From Me Dishes & More strives for 5 STAR service. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to flaws or misrepresentation, you may return it within 15 days for store credit or refund (if the fault is ours).
Placing An Order -
Telephone - 321-422-5028. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives are available to assist you from 7 am to 4 pm ET, Mon-Fri and 8 am to 12 pm ET, Sat.
E-mail - We process all e-mail orders within 72 hours of receipt, and you should expect delivery within 12 - 15 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing time may be affected due to holidays and/or availability of the pieces, although our inventory is kept current and we generally have any pieces that say in stock.
To order via e-mail, please contact us at questions@str8-2-u-dishes-and-more.com and indicate the manufacturer, pattern and pieces you would like (after verifying that we due in fact show that piece(s) in stock. You should specify your email address so you can be sent an invoice or if you are paying via US Mail. If you would like your order shipped to a different address other than yourself, please include that "Ship To" address and also specify if you would like your items gift wrapped (for an additional charge). Also, include your daytime telephone number so that we can call you if we have any questions about your order.
